It is the last day of the year and I just wanted to put out a quick little post to thank everyone for 2024. I might only have been around here for the last bit of it, but the way you have all welcomed me back is more than I could ever hope for. I am very thankful for each and every one of you.
Today would have been my father’s birthday if he was still here, so we have been at my mother’s place to celebrate him. The snow decided to make a small apperance on the last day of the year. We will go for a quiet celebration of New Year’s Eve at home later, with some nice food and a film on. Who knows we might manage to stay up to see the fireworks later. Or we will have fallen asleep and be woken up by Ickle Pickle, if the noice wakes her up.
Hope you all have plans of doing something you want to do today. See you all in the new year.
