It is taken in Stavanger Norway, in the colour street.

I love the colorful buildings, but I’m creeped out by flower pots like that. I got out of a car at a store once, right in front of feet. The feet were the base for a flower pot. Kind of creepy at night.
It is. If you walk there after a beer or two you can get a bit jumpy.
