I sold my apartment today and I am very happy for that. We got a little less than we asked for it, but we got our new home for a little less than they asked for that, so we are just as well off. Now we can focus on packing down the old apartment and getting ready for takeover in the new place. The sun is shining outside, and it is looking like it’s going to be a lovely day in more aspects than one!

YES, YES, YES!!! I knew it would sell!!! It’s a beautiful place and anyone would be lucky to have it. Packing is hard work but unpacking makes it worth it all. I’d love to see what you are moving into as it must be at least that beautiful and then some. Enjoy the process. That part is important too. Have you ever heard of Marie Kondo and her book on Tidying Up. I learned to decide if I loved something enough to keep taking it with me from place to place and thank my home and the energy in it. We did a saging ritual in my house before I moved into keeping only love in this space. It had been neglected before I bought it. I’m babbling here because I’m so happy for you.

It’s a lovely, spacious home that you can put your own touch on. You have a nice back yard and it looks like 2 bedrooms and 2 common spaces. I can see why you decided to go larger. Looking forward to seeing how you personalize it. Lot’s of before and after photos. 😉
