East Pier Dun Laoghaire

The hotel I stayed in was in a little place just outside Dublin called Dun Laoghaire.

The library

The library was located just outside the hotel.

I sat on the Pier eating ice cream from both Teddy’s and Scrum Diddely.

Love the shots of the harbour.

  6. Wow! A library across from the hotel! Heavenly and then ice cream to boot. Not to mention the wonderful scenery. Maritime museum, I could pass on that but lunch looks good. You managed to have a long vacation there. 🙂 Looks like the weather was somewhat cooperative.

  7. Lovely photos. I couldn’t help looking at the amazing skies. 🙂

Lovely photos and brought back memories from when I was there on business. Ice-creams, yummy! Did you learn how to pronounce Dun Laoghaire? I remember driving around Dublin, asking people where it was and no one knew what I meant as I pronounce it as it’s spelt!

    • masgautsen says:

Heheh, yes I did learn. I was told it’s name long before I knew it’s spelling. Otherwise I would have mispronounced it badly, I’m afraid! Hope you are enjoying the weekend!
