Turkey Thursday

First off Happy Thanksgiving to all my readers from or in America and all other people that celebrate this day. I am enjoying a turkey sandwich for the occasion, well mostly because the turkey was the most convenient thing in the fridge. Today I have tried my best to remind myself that I have a lot of things to be thankful for, because today was one of those days where everything seemed to go wrong. But in spite of that I really do have so much to be thankful for and that is something that is always worth remembering even if it is not Thanksgiving.

One of the things I am very thankful for is you, bothering to read my ramblings. And that I get to read your great posts. I am so thankful to be a part of the bloggosphere. Hope you are all good and that you have things to be thankful for all year around. And if you are celebrating today, may your turkey be tasty and plentiful.

  1. A perfect sentiment for this day, whether you are in the US or not…a day to reflect on the good things in our lives, and the things and people we shouldn’t take for granted – as Warren Zevon said: “enjoy every sandwich!”

    1. It very much is! Happy thanksgiving and may you have a lot to be thankful for going forward too! And I sure did enjoy the sandwich today as I was late home from work and very hungry!

  2. Happy Thanksgiving. Here’s hoping that whatever you do today brings you delight from morning until night. May the holiday bring you nothing but wonderful things in abundance.
