It has been very sunny and warm here the last while. Now it is forecast to get a bit colder and rain. Why is that you might add? I have a theory, it is probably related to the fact that I have a weeks holidays.
I started the holiday by going in to town for a nice meal and some cold beer. We had a warm and wonderful summer evening, but headed home relatively early. Today we are packing the car and getting ready to spend most of the week at our summer house. I hope it will be at least partly nice weather.

The roasted Broccoli stalk is terrific – we make them that way as well as asparagus…and the cod looks delicious! Enjoy your week!

I’m sorry your plans aren’t working out perfect for you. I happen to love cold and wet. It’s cozy. But then we don’t always want to be cozy. That looks like a lovely way to start a holiday. Hope it turns out perfect in spite of the weather.
