Saturday turned out a good day. I got up a bit late after having watched some TV and read some blogs in bed. Then I started working in the things that I needed to do around the house, I got quite a lot done and that made me very content. I got a socially distanced visit at my door (hope to be able to invite her in soon) by a very eager girl who had used the glitter and crayons I gave her to make me a lovely piece of art and I gave her some spare reflectors and some beads that I had tided. I got some good take away in the evening and watched a bit of TV and took some phone calls. Then just before bed I finally found some time to enjoy some blog posts. It was relaxing, but still a bit productive.
Today I started my day by enjoying some podcasts and reading some blog posts. I had a nice breakfast and took advantage of the cold sunny day and went for a walk. On my walk I stopped by the cafe at the art museum and god myself a waffle and a nice warm cup of coffee. Now I am back in front of the TV watching some biathlon and soon it is time to go for a showing to look at a potential house that we might be interested in. We have a few of these coming up and as there are no open houses, only private showings these days, it requires a bit of planning. Afterwards it is Sunday dinner at my mother’s house, she is our chosen person that we can visit these days. And then I have to go in to work for a few hours, I can’t do too much overtime next week and it is going to be quite busy, so I need to do what I can when I can. And then it will be time for bed.
All in all I am quite happy with how this weekend has turned out so far, and I hope the rest go according to plan. I hope your weekends have been as good as possible. Did you do what you planned or did the weekend take an unexpected turn?

That sounds like a very relaxed and satisfying weekend…it rained here in Los Angeles, something that happens far too rarely, and the temperature dipped into the 50’s, causing mass confusion…
It was a very good weekend! I skipped working and went for another walk.
