This weekend I have had a little more energy than I have had lately. So yesterday we went out for a few beers and had a very enjoyable friday evening. Today I actually got a few very necessary house hold duties. They have been terrible neglected over the last while. There is still a little to do, but it’s a good start. Then I met up with a friend for a lovely lunch. Now I’m enjoying watching the womens 30 km skiing, hoping for a Norwegian win.
What the rest of the will bring I’m not sure of, but so far so good!

Mmm Muscles. I’m drooling Mas. 😉
I love muscles when they are cooked right!
Me too 😉 x
I remember picking mussles with my grandad. Yummy.
They are so tasty and the ones you pick yourself that taste the best!
As spring gets closer, many of us are starting to perk up. Glad you are too. 🙂
The days are getting longer and the energy commes back! Hope you are doing good as well.
Those mussels look delicious! Seafood is always divine…
🙂
I agree!
Another big seafood fan saying hello! Sounds like a wonderful fun and relaxing weekend ❤
It has continued on the same note. It’s lovely. Seafood is amazing and I’m happy I live by the sea. Hope your weekend is treating you as well as mine is treating me.
Nice lunch!
It really was!
I used to love looking muscles when I worked in a pub. We used to cook them in a white wine and cream sauce with chives
That sounds nice. This one was made with beer chilli, onions and a bit of fennel.
I grew up in a seaside town, and your picture made me instantly nostalgic! Sending lots of wishes to you for a wonderful week ahead!
Thank you. And the best of wishes for your week ahead too!
Now you have posted something I would like to have 🙂
It was nice!
I lived by the seashore most of my life. I love muscles. The best I have eaten were in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, New York. So glad you had a wonderful day.
Thank you very much! I hope your weekend was good and that the week will be fine.
You’re welcome and thank you!
Sometimes it is the simplest of things that bring us the most pleasure.
So very true!
Yumm!!!
Indeed!
Looks ver-r-ry good!
Thank you. It was!
