I did manage to get the Easter eggs and treats to my cousin and her kids. Went for the 10 minute walk from my house to theirs. I met them in their garden and making sure we kept two meters apart while talking for a short time. It was very nice and lovely to see that they were all doing fine. After that it was a very lazy day and we kept on doing our bit in supporting our local businesses as best we can. We ordered food to be delivered from a lovely place called Yips. We had some wonderful Baos, kimchi fries and chicken hot wings. The evening was spent in front of the TV.
Sunday came with lovely sunshine and I went to visit my mother in her garden. We sat outside keeping our distance and I got a hand sanitized cup of coffee. I went for a little walk and after that it was time to do a little bit of tidying in the garden as it was nice and warm. Today I am making some nice salmon for dinner and do some tidying around the house.

Mmm this looks good. I’ve never had kimchi fries but it reminds me of cajun fries with the colouring (lightly spiced and so good!) I hope it’s been a chilled weekend for you so far.

Those look delicious! My wife is a huge fan of kimchi/sesame seasoning we get from a Japanese grocery store, she puts it on rice as well as popcorn!
