On of the best things about going on holiday is to be able to enjoy good food and drink. When in Ireland it is essential to go to at least one pub (full disclosure, I did go to more to one) and enjoy a pint of Guinness. Ireland also has quite a few other nice beers I enjoy, here are some of them. The food we had over the vacation was also very nice and varied. I must say that the food and drink consumed with family and friends taste even better. And I did have quite a few lovely meals and trips to different restaurant and pubs with so many wonderful people. I also got to get the “Irish pub” experience with a pint of Guinness in my hand, surrounded by friends and listening to someone in playing traditional Irish music.

Thanks for sharing these pictures! I love seeing the local food – I’m partial to fish and chips but every dish looked nicely composed and I would think that Guiness is required!

Oh my goodness. I just gained five pounds looking at this. That apple pie would be at the top of my list. Yum. My son thinks I’m kidding when I say I want to eat my way across Europe. All the walking would take care of the calories of course. I love trying new foods. Ireland is on my list. Thanks for sharing your meals with us.
Let’s just say that I didn’t loose any weight on the trip. The Apple pie was very tasty! I love trying new food as well. It’s one of the lovely things about travel.
