My holiday is coming to an end and so far I have gotten a lot from it, even if it was not what I planned. I have read a few books that I have been meaning too for a long time, they lived up to my expectations. I have sorted a few drawers and cupboards (not as much as I should, but some is better than nothing).
One of our small heaters decided to die on us a little while ago, and one of the things I managed to get around to these days was to buy a new one. The place we bought it did Click and Collect and if felt very safe to pick it up. So far I am very happy with it. I also visited an outdoor garden center and picked up a few blueberry bushes and flowers to plant in the garden. Even in these times it is important to make it a little nice around and to make sure that the bees and bumble bees can have somewhere to hang around. I still have a lot I should have done in the garden, but just a little bit at the time.
The weather has gone from bad to gradually nicer and so I have done more walking these last days than earlier this week. Today I went for a lovely long walk around the nearby area. The botanical garden is a lovely place to walk, and it changes with the seasons. Soon it will get a bit warmer and it will bee more of the plants blooming. I will be back walking there soon again, and then it will have changed a bit from this time.
Now it’s time to go have a nice cold beer in the sunshine. Hope all of you will have a great weekend. I will make sure to enjoy mine extra before I go back to my home office. Tonight I will be making a lovely pizza and the sun is still shining. Stay safe and enjoy if you can!

Glad to hear that you are able to get out in gorgeous weather! LA just turned sunny and warm again after a week of rain – much needed – so we are stretching our legs as well, although we are required to wear face masks outside the house…but we are getting through it, glad to see you are as well!
